Kimi Beauty Bloom!

Last year I suffered the agony of losing TWO inflos off of my Kimi Beauty because they developed late in the season (newly rooted 3 tip cutting) and couldn't hold on through the winter and the spider mites.

This year I am ecstatic to say I got an inflo, even though it is puny and I probably won't get many flowers, I got this one and by god it is gorgeous!!!

I had Gina, my new seedling, and now Kimi B. blooming - my reds are workin' it!!!

Nicole. I think I got it from A Piece of Paradise Plumerias & Candle Co. in a ten pack I ordered in March.

Wow! That Midnight Ruby, if the picture is an accurate representation of that red, is amazing.

Looks like a 'true red/scarlet', not just a deep magenta.

I like the shape of the petals too.

Dave. It is accurate. I took about 10 pictures with different F stops and selected the one that matched the color correctly. I'm in Texas and temps have been between 90and 100. You're color could vary due to temperatures.

I just lost Midnight Ruby from Derrick, all but 1 tip (had 3 BIG ones) Still hope but may re-order it. roxanne

Nicole, I don't know why but my reds are going to town right now! Well, all 3 of them haha!

Thanks Mima! Due to the other circumstances I have waited a long time for this one, I am loving it!

Derft - wow, Midnight Ruby is gorgeous! That is a lovely shade of red. Excellent job capturing the color, not easy to do.

Bill, I agree, the flower is pretty small. This flower is supposed to be larger than Scott Pratt so I don't know if mine will get a little bigger? Hope so. I would also say the true color is a bit darker, almost more purple, but I didn't alter the photo because it was close and really showed the veining.

Laura, thank you so much! LOL! I agree, I am like that description of the thoughts of a dog:
    Red plumeria! Omg, my favorite!
Ooohhh, rainbow plumeria! They have it all! My favorite!
Ah, classic yellow and white, heavenly. My favorite!
and on and on...!!! Just when I think this one has to be my favorite, another blooms Aw Rox, sorry you lost that one. I'm sure you will find the perfect one to replace it!

Thank you Derft1! I'll check it out, my temps are usually triple digit so I tend to get great colors(fingers crossed), so if Emily (wink-wink) ever needed a different home for any of her plants I could provide a stable and loving temperature for them...LOL
