I just saw a Delicious Plumeria Bloom at a Nursery. The grower had brought in multiple flowers from her trees. One was Arresting. I will have to describe it. It was solid red with a circular outside edging of white. The white took up about 1/4 of the bloom. It was so different. Not striped at all - just the red with an outer white edging. If anyone knows the name of this Plumie or where to find it, please respond.

From your description, that sounds a lot like Pop's Red.

Thank you, Kenny, I looked up photos of Pops Red. There was a hint of white in the photos. The plumeria I saw had a total outline of white around the entire flower. The white was fairly thick taking up a fair amount of the edge. A striking white against total red.
When I find out the name, I will post it. The lady that grows this works at the nursery. Hopefully she will remember the name. Thanks for your help. I believe I would pay a fair amount for this plumie.
