Propagating Eastern or Winged Wahoo

Hi,

Has anyone had any success propagating Eastern or Winged Wahoo (euonymus)? I have a couple I want to propagate before my crazy neighbor removes them from our shared hedge (long story). What is the best way? Softwood or hardwood cuttings?

Take cuttings of firm new growth. apply 0.1-0.3% IBA (rooting Hormone) stick in well drained soil & mist taking 30-60 days to root. ....... do not remove from container subject to 100 days cold treatment to break bud dormancy
