My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Here is my report on this plant. I got it as a cutting in 2007 from MPG. It did have two branches but one just did not look right and after 4 years I cut it off and started rooting it. The older part of the plant started taking off but it still only has one branch on it which finally after all these years has bloomed. It is about 4 ft high and the flower does not seem to have a smell. But it is a nice size and I do think that it is pretty. Here is a picture of it this morning. Barb
Your plumeria always look so healthy, and Sammi P. is very pretty! After 7 years, it must have been exciting to finally get to see this one! Plumeria growing sure takes patience!
Thank you. I seem to have a lot of them that wait that long but it is a thrill to have something bloom for the first time. I also found that I have a couple more seedings that are going to bloom this year. Barb
