Hi and thanks - I ended up getting some of the terracotta pots from Summit through another supplier. The color's fine- they are smaller four inch than the ones I use - kind of float in the four inch trays .... and they have those darned squared off corners, so you lose soil.... but hey .... Now I can offer all clay colored plastic pots at $1.00.

I'm not sure how the paint pen would work as the plants get so big it would be hard to see any paint pen. I did have the bright idea of using colored tags and I ordered 1,000 orange tags. And I got 1,000 white tags that had the word "orange" on them !!! LOL

well good for you, Amanda...my point was that issues tend to cascade....just visiting this forum...
