I have 2 plumeria, this is the 3rd summer. I overwinter in the house since I live in Michigan. I put the plants outside on my front porch in summer...hot and dry. They get sun from about noon till dark. Still no flowers. I transplanted this year into a bigger pot. One is full of leaves...the otherplant... 2 branches are softer than plant number one. They do have leaves on them though. I have no idea what type or color plumeria they are...they have never flowered. Are they not flowering because this still not enough sun? can anyone help me???
