The easiest way, IMHO, is to take a small glass or jar, such as a baby food jar, fill 3/4ths with water, cover the top with aluminum foil, poke holes in the foil, cut the leaves from the plant, stick them in the holes, making sure they are in the water. They usually root in a month or less. Don't forget to put the name on the jar or leaf.

The shorter you can cut the leaves, the sooner you will have babies. Long stems on the leaves take longer to produce a plant. You will have a blooming plant in 6-12 months.

Find an old shot glass... yes the ones for a drink. Put some very loose potting soil in and stick in your leaf. Water until you can tell the shot glass is filled to the top of the soil level. If you have the leaf in enough it will stay put and root in a short period of time. You can see the roots through the class. You can even see the mouse ares of the new growth if you look closely. They are also easy to remove and re-pot when they are bigger.
