Most fruit trees are propagated by using grafting.
As for each will have specific condition.. Generally speeking you will need to take cuttings of firm new growth. IBA (rooting hormone) strength will vary..... stick in well drained soil & mist with each species having a different time to root. Bottom heat often helps.
Give specific fruit you wish to propagate,

wild plums
Cherry
Apple
Blueberry
Peaches
Gooseberry
Pear
Red, and black rasberry

Gooseberries and blueberries can be grown from cuttings. The simplest method is just to take 1 foot lengths of stem and push them half way up into the ground. Keep them watered if it's hot and leave them alone for several months. They are even easier from layering. Black and red currants will also grow with this method and are almost impossible to fail with.

Raspberries are best started from canes ie stems which grow off the parent plant. If you know someone with raspberries just ask for some canes and they will probably be glad to get rid of them. Raspberries grow new canes constantly and continue to spread.

As has already been stated named varieties of tree fruit ie your peach, apple, cherry and pear are generally propagated by grafting. I can't help you on wild plums because I don't know the US species, but I imagine they throw up suckers and in that case you can just dig some of these out and transplant.

Ok thanks to u both and I do know that fruit trees r done by grafting but I don't know where to find rootstock and I don't that much about grafting
