IF they are rooted now (or soon) then yes transplant them... otherwide store the plants where there is some light but the temp stays around 40F OR if is gets to be freezing then make sure the soil is damp just before freezing..... this can be achieved by storing in a cold frame, greenhouse (heated or unheated) porch or window,

Depends what zone / climate you are in and what type of plant. My hardy cuttings (rooted and not) stay outside - although seattle usually doesn't get all that cold (at least for long) If I move to Wisconsin (Z 5), I'll have to adjust accordingly.
