The answer is unfortunately, no, not without a heated greenhouse. You can plant them in the ground in the spring and dig them up and bring them inside in the winter. They will get a lot bigger and bloom a lot more if you plant them in the ground vs leaving them in pots year round. The general rule of thumb is temps below 50..... they need some protection, especially the small ones. Once they get larger, SOME varieties can take lower, but 19, they are most likely all going to succumb the first winter.
