My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My first plumeria

Hi! Just thought I'd pop in and share (another) first plumeria posting ;) This forum has been really helpful in finding information on my first purchase. Since I live in Central Florida I requested a visted at Brads Buds and Blooms. They took the time to give me a great lil tour of their place last month. I bought a Kalina and miracle berry plant. Both are doing great in the back yard, planted the miracle berry already and have the plumeria in a pot. If I have the funds next year when their new stock comes in and I don't kill off this cutie I hope to go back for more. Thanks again to you posters who have been an invaluable resource for my first home improvement process!!! :)
