You could spray Clearys 3336F, Medallion or Phyton 27 are just a few you could use. It it best to use a rotation of chemical classes instead of using the same chemical class all the time. Even fungi build resistance.

I've been using Eagle mostly on roses, and occaisionally on Dahlias & Lilacs for mildew. It does a great job on the big 3, black spot, rust & mildew. It is a bit expensive so that could be a limiting factor for you. We use 2oz in 25 gallons of water every 14 days so it goes a long way. It's labeled for ornamentals and turf & has a caution label.

Not sure what type of plants you're spraying but I use Banner Maxx mixed with Pentathlon every two weeks. Banner Maxx helps prevent blackspot and Pentathlon kills the spores outright. Both are available from www.rosemania.com. I think Daconil is more hazardous to use.
