My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Frank and I had talked probably for a year or more about trading before we actually got it done (last fall).

He sent nice bulbs, generous amounts, nicely packed and labeled. I'd definitely trade with him again, and still feel like I 'owe' him yet big time.

Thanks 'Fank' for all the beautiful spring blooms that are new to me this year.
