I bought a house last year that needs alot of yard work. I would like to use some of the plants that are here to trade in the swap forum but I'm not sure how to do it.

I have a large lilac bush, some sort of a rose bush, silver lace vine, lily of the valley,and alot of lilies that haven't opened yet so I'm not sure what they are. Not a great selection, I know.

I don't want to send a bad trade. I just don't have spending cash for new plants. So if you could tell me how to root these plants, I would appreciate it.
