I havent grown them before but that lower pod sure looks like a "Scorpion" pepper pod. The photo isn't real clear. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones. You might want to go back to Ebay and check the account of the guy you bought them from to see if there is an indication he has been getting any kind of negative feedback or if the account has been closed.

Agree with Bruce the one pod looks like a scorpion, others look like a Habanero. Maybe if you can take a pic of just pods maybe 3 or 4 different ones so we get a close up of just the pods.

Looks like these are some 7 Pod Brain Strain.

According to many people, those are stronger than the Butch T, so you will still have lots of fun (or not) with those :)

Thank you for your responses! Sorry im not sure how to upload more than one picture at a time. The first picture is the only one that has the "tail" look to it. The rest are very bumpy.

Another picture different angle.

I think you are ok, most have a tail and pod shape is of the Trinidad Scorpion, so I think you got lucky on the eBay purchas as so many get burned. I would not know if it's just a Trinidad Scorpion or the Butch T variety. Either way you got one hot pepper for sure!

I'm not so sure, the tail isn't very pronounced on any of them, and a lot don't appear to have one at all.

But there are certainly those with (stunted) tails. Hmmm...

My first guess is that the guy you got them from off ebay was growing several types of nuclears and didn't isolate them. Looks like a cross maybe between scorpion and brain strain.

Either way, the only peppers that look like that I know of are all nuclears, so its gonna be hella hot no matter what it is!

I agree, great score. One of the few good ebay stories. Enjoy the pain:)
