I placed a small order with Cook's Garden last year and received it promptly. The only trouble was that the seeds were sent in a cardstock envelope and some of my squash seeds arrived, well, squashed. However, I emailed the company about it and they quickly sent me some replacement seeds, no charge and no problems.
