Attempting some in-vitro propagation of ananas comosus (MD2). Seems to be going well so far (week 2). Using Murashige and Skoog with 5mg/L NAA and 2mg/L BAP for callus culture media. You can see the callus forming in the photo. All the work is in the beginning and the end. If you can avoid contamination from fungus, bacteria etc. It is pretty much a simple process and a waiting game until time to acclimate the culture to the outside which is tedious and time consuming.
