Over-Wintering

OK, First off, I want to apologize if I did this wrong, but since I have three different questions, so I am posting three different messages.

Anyhow, as I sit here in the blistering heat of August, it seems odd to ask this question now, but if I am going to need a greenhouse, I will need to start building it now.

My daughter and I did a project this spring, planting seeds from grocery store fruit. (I realize the trees may never fruit, and probably will not fruit true)

We have a large assortment of citrus (Grapefruit, oranges, lemons, etc), as well as a couple of Pomegranates, and a bunch of apple trees.

I am wondering how I should overwinter these.

I figure the Citrus will either have to be indoors or in a green house. The problem with indoors is light (I will have to put the plants under artificial light if I put them indoors)

I have no Idea what to do with the pomegranates, do I treat them like Apples, or Like Citrus?

Lastly, the Apples, some are already over a foot tall, and I still have almost three months growing season left. Anyhow, should I overwinter the Apples outside (Letting them go dormant at the end of October)? Or should I greenhouse/keep them inside with the Citrus?

Thank you for your time

Jimmy
