Question on flowering of Celadine...

Hello Plumeria people!!... I purchased a rooted cutting of 'Celadine' online this past spring thinking I would be ahead of the game, but as of yet have seen no flowers. The plant has been growing beautifully all summer outdoors in full sun, and is currently about four feet tall. I have been using a 9-59-8 formulation to fertilize it about every 10 days to two weeks. Temps have been very warm this summer, lots of 80's and 90's. I grow a lot of other tropicals... Gardenias, orchids, oleanders, etc with great success... But this is my first Plumeria. As we go into October, our days are now getting shorter and cooler... And my plants will soon be moving back indoors. From what I read, most plumerias are deciduous, so I don't have too high of hopes for flowers any more this year. Am I just being impatient for flowers on a plant so young? Any tips for next summer? Thanks!
