great articles, i'm printing them as we speak. is it 'old house interiors' that has an article on 'old house gardens' in every issue?

I'm not sure, but next time I'm at Home Depot I'll check. They carry the magazines.

Old House Interiors has a garden-related article in every issue. Old House Journal has them from time to time but is worth checking out. Both of them have websites under the name of the magazine and you can check the table of contents online for each issue to see if you want to buy it.

I Love these things. I get new ideas every time I read them. But you know what happens? I go outside to find a place to incorporate some new thing and wind up just pulling weeds, or raking a flower bed, or just deadheading my roses. I may not ever actually do any of these great things, but the articles sure do get me motivated to get off my duff and out in the yard. Cheryl

The photos look so fanatastic I want to re-do my garden. Then reality strikes... deadwood needs to get pruned, a fence needs to be fixed, gotta fill in the deep craters the skunk dug last night, and the other million tasks need to get addressed. Sigh. Guess garden magazines are like Playboy. Strictly for fantasy, because real life people don't get those gorgeous air-brushed gir...er... gardens.
