It's about time!

After the heatwave of the last couple weeks here, I thought I'd never see a ripe pepper.

Finally, one little fatali ripened up for me. I know it's only one pod, but I can hardly contain my enthusiasm. Almost brings a tear to my eye.

My naga & bhut plants are loaded with blooms and I've had very minimal blossom drop. A green bhut:

Here's hoping the temps for rest of the growing season will be more normal for us all.

t-bob,
Picked it today, just bit into it. Whoa! It's been a year since I tasted one of these. I'm only going to take a couple more bites, then chop the rest of it into a spag. sauce or there will be tears.

Hey robeb...that's a good looking Fatali. I would love to get my hands on some Fatali seeds. If you have any extra seeds after your harvest, shoot me an e-mail. I have about 15 varieties of seeds to trade. Thanks, and good luck!
