when trying to find info on propagation ... its best to convert to the latin name .... then google the latin name plus the word 'propagation' ...

especially.. in this case.. when your common name uses two words that define a non-vine plant ...

I think the the latin name is Clerodendrum thomsoniae. This is a pic of the flowers.

I think if you carefully dig it up in the fall you can separate the clump but take a careful look at the roots first. Don't tear at them or anything but if they kind of fall apart into clumps then they'll be fine.
