Instructions on what to do when I recieve my Plumerias.

Good morning!

I decided to get them because a friend of mine had some and they were beautiful. His did great every year too. The only thing is I am unsure what to do once I get them. I assume put them in bigger pots with fertilizer but I want to make sure I do everything correct and don't lose them. The ones my friend got were from Cali and not crafted so he just left them in the pot and let them grown.
Any advice would be appreciated!
