If you're wanting only a few (say 20 or less), just squeeze the fruit with your fingers to separate the seeds from the pulp. If I remember right, the last time I did it, I used a paper towel to rub them between to get rid of some of the goop and then let them air dry on a clean paper towel.

Another way to do it is to put some seeds in a blender with a few cups of water. If you run the blender at a slow speed, it will remove the pulp and leave many of the seeds still in good shape. The good seeds will sink to the bottom and you can pour the water/pulp mixture off, leaving the seeds at the bottom.
