Ok - so I am in a whole new climate.. my MIL in OKC told me to head out and trim small branches off ther Crepe Myrtle, Forsythia, Rose of Sharon, and two older roses and said that all I needed to do over the winter (zone 7a) was place them in a pot and sit them out to get the rain, snow and ice..... in the spring she said they will come up and buy fall be ready for their homes... does that sound right- it just feels so easy after all the care i had to give summer cuttings in Texas...
