First bloom of Spring

Hi guys,
My pink plumeria has started to bloom. It has two branches and both have inflo's. my other plants dont seem to look like they are going to though :( oh well we'll have to wait and see. My mothers white and yellow one i bought her has started to grow an info though and she is excited about that. Heres a pic of my pink one. Anyone know the variety or name?
