Your plants look gorgeous in the first pics. That looks a lot like spider mite damage but I don't see any critters and I've never had my fingers turn green from a SM infestation. Is there any webbing anywhere? I might be tempted to remove the damaged foliage then wipe down the entire plant well with the water, alcohol, soap mixture or maybe a horticultural oil. I wouldn't just spray it, I'd wash each leaf and the stems using cotton balls and Q tips. Hopefully someone will be able to identify exactly what is wrong and give you more specific advice. Good luck, especially with that inflo that's so close to opening.

Many thanks Karyn. I will follow your advise with washing the leaves with the mixture and we see! I understand that there is no any other solution! The point is that the plants in total still look gorgeous and heavy! But day by day you see more and more leaves getting this disease. I washed them 2 days ago only with soap and you should see the water after cleaning them was really dark green/brown! My hands too!
It is sad as they are ready to have the last flowers for this season and then to start slowly getting in dormancy position. But also weather in Athens is still warm and this doesn't help I am afraid.. All plants including plumies think that is still end of summer and not spring..
I am sending you these zoom photos I tried to get and see the white and red/brown things on the leaves that stick in your hands.

Neem oil or Bayer 3in1 will work just fine.

I read about neem oil. I tried some insecticide (and the mites are gone) but I will use neem oil also. Thank you!

Good to hear they are already gone. Not sure if you were expecting the existing leaf damage to heal and return to a normal green to show the plant is recovering. It won't. Your best bet is to observe the newest growth at the tips to ensure the insects are gone.

Yes, I am waiting to see if they won't appear again. Sadly, all the leaves are green with white, and I guess that they won't change color. Hope the new ones will be ok. So far, the plant grew really fast (from 8 to 30 leaves in 3 months). I will let you know what happends further. Thank you once again. :-)
