Ghost peppers

Roasting and drying peppers is not new to me. At one time I made lots and lots of habanero sauce, japanese pepper sauce, etc. This spring I saw two Ghost pepper plants at a nursery and decided to plant them. (I had never heard of Ghost peppers).

Those two plants look like a miniature forest now and there are so many peppers, I don't know what to do with them. Maybe some experts out there can help me out. (I am drying a batch now and will put them in the freezer)I give them to my neighbors as they mature.
