Finally one you like...lol. I am glad your happy with it and hope its a keeper for you. It will only get better with age, plus the cool temps of Oct really do not help its colors. If you see her bloom in July Aug or Sept she is GORGEOUS. Cheers

I gave her to you in 2012, how tall is she now? Does she still have the orginal 3 tips? In my patch and temps she tends to grow a bit slow. The mother MR is about 10ft and Ive had her since 2005.

Musk Rainbow for me is not a really fast grower, more compact, so 4ft in such a short time is pretty good for MR, she must really love your patch.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on your post Bill, but I'd like to thank James too.
James - Sundance has finally rooted. It is wrinkled but has some nice roots and can see it already looking better. It also has a small inflo but looks kind of dry so may abort it. Small loss for having roots though.
Hong Kong I can't tell yet as the clear bottle is buried in rocks to hold it up so can't see if it has roots. Had to cut all the inflos off it as it stalled and needed it to root not bloom. I can wait for blooms and saw enough of the blooms that I "love" it. It will defiantly be a small tree when it roots. Thank you so much for these beauties. Peg
