My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Gourmet Popcorn is sport of the mini Popcorn. I had one up north. It was practically disease free - but sometimes the older leaves would yellow later in the season. Some folks say it is fragrant, but it wasn't to my nose. It will get around 3 feet tall and wide max. It is a good bloomer too.
Last year was first year for my Gourmet Popcorn and it grew and performed well. I can't detect fragrance, but then I can't smell MOST roses! Yes, bottom leaves will yellow and fall but it bloomed well all summer and fall in spite of drought. Weldon
