Michelle,I am so sorry you have lost your Denvers Drean.I was looking at a photo of that rose a few days ago, and its so pretty.Well, we have to learn by mistakes,I guess.I had a gorgeous Mandevilla growing up a post last year,and I was putting some alfalfa tea around my roses,and thought I would just put a little on that vine too,and that was my mistake,cause a week later it was dead.

i planted a DD last year and was quite pleased with it all year. Healthy foliage and beautiful large flowers were the norm.
It appears to have wintered well as it is leafing out vigorously this spring.
I really like it.

I am going to replace mine if it's truly dead. I thought there was some tiny chance of a new cane coming up from the roots, but so far, its not looking good.
