I used to grow Pucker Up and I can strongly recommend it. The plant is vigorous and healthy and gives plenty of blooms. They are red with a burnt orange cast to them - just enough that they are not true red but sort of smoky. The blooms always had good form and held reasonably well. The only reason I'm not still growing it is that I like to try new ones, and with limited space that means older ones eventually are moved out. I sold my plant at our rose society auction. It was such a great looking plant it drew lots of bids, and the person that won it was very happy with it.
