Be forewarned; all plants coming into the United States from any other country will be subject to a USDA inspection. You must decide to which inspection station the roses will be sent. The roses have to ship without soil. If you are willing to do all the work they may be willing to just UPS like a normal order.

If they need a bigger order than just one rose; ask about a one time purchase from members of the Miniature Rose Forum. They have many miniature roses that are unavailable here in the U.S.. I would be willing to participate. There may be power in numbers.
