My mini rose bush has been doing well until the past few days. I've noticed some light browning on the leaves. I recently transplanted it from the nursery container it came in, into a larger pot. I don't feel I'm over watering it and it does receive 6+ hours of direct sunlight a day.

Also, the new leaf buds are sprouting white in some areas? Is this normal?

I have it in a pot outdoors right next to a potted Sweet Basil plant. I've noticed some browning of the Basil leaves, as well. Could be related, but not sure.
