Roses are outside plants so it should be moved to an outside location that receives morning sun.

Most of the minis are sold with multiple plants in one tiny pot so they're already rootbound and need to be transplanted into one larger pot or separated into one pot per rootball.

These little roses can also be susceptible to mites so making sure you clean the leaves top and bottom with water every few days will keep the foliage clean and the mites controlled.

Also, make sure the container is draining properly. If the plant is rootbound, the water is passing right through without getting taken in by the roots. If the pot isn't draining, the roots are sodden and can't take in oxygen.

If the water is pouring right through, I often place the pot in a saucer for a few hours to make sure the water wicks back into the roots. If the pot isn't draining, haul the plant out immediately, wash the nastiness off the roots and transplant them into clean pots with clean potting soil. Hopefully, you'll have caught the damage in time to keep from losing the rose.

No matter what, you probably need to transplant the rose ASAP.

Maybe too wet, definitely not enough sunlight. If you can't plant it outdoors, and you want to keep it alove indoors, you'll need to get some kind of lighting system set up.
