Even our tiny HEB has had a couple packages of Ghosts lately. Weird.

The big store over in the next town has Habs and did have Padrons a couple weeks ago. After reading here how good the Padrons are I wish I would have bought some, but I have this thing against green peppers.

I have not seen the peppers for sale. I did buy two plants though.

It's cheaper and/or more reliable to buy peppers from the Netherlands??

Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture?

Dennis

Now watch the EU try to apply appellation d'origine contrôlée - "Dutch Ghostî," "Polish Peppadewî," "Greek Reaperî".

"Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture?"

Particularly since HEB's commercials like to brag about the Texas grown products. Sounds like we need to go into bidness.

"Greek Reaperî"

That just sounds all wrong and borderline obscene. :)

Long as ya'll don't mention a Dutch Peter Pepper.
So WHAT was it that the boy stuck in the dike?

Ahem!

Wisht I'd thought of that. Glad I didn't.
