Just kidding! Now, I'll try, but others will feel free to chime in, especially if they have used Bayer All-In-One, 'cause I haven't.

I spray, I use two different fungicides that provide different actions. The first is to control any active blackspot infection that might be present (you'll see this called a "contact" fungicide), and I use Mancozeb (although Ortho Garden Disease Control which used to be "Daconil" can also be used but it can burn leaves in hot weather). The second is to help the plant resist infection (called "systemic"), and I use Banner Maxx (other systemics are Bonide Infuse, Fertilome Systemic Fungicide, Bayer Advanced Rose and Flower Disease Control, Spectracide's Immunox, Ortho RosePride Rose and Shrub Disease Control).

Bayer All-In-One contains a "systemic" fungicide. Theory is that you shouldn't have to spray, but if you do, then you should use a "contact" fungicide. Using something like Immunox or Infuse on top of the All-In-One isn't gaining you anything. I wouldn't use a fertilizer like MiracleGro (or Schultz or Peters) that you would dissolve in water with the All-In-One. If you have Espoma Rose Tone or something similar that is mostly organic based available, then that would be OK to apply in addition to the All-In-One. I gave some friends packets of All-In-One to try (I forgot to keep some for myself), I'm waiting for them to tell me how it's working.
