It doesn't look like there are any vendors, or it's being sold as one of those no-named roses at the big box or grocery stores. You might try heading over to Exchanges to ask if anyone has one to trade or can give you cuttings. Good luck.

I checked HelpMeFind.com Roses and they list a US supplier of 'Yellow Sunblaze'(1982) as 'Wine Country Flower Farm'.
Be aware that there is another rose called 'Yellow Sunblaze' released in 2004.
