“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

“I hired CTC Creations to do a total bathroom make over. After getting the run around by different contractors, and receiving high quotes for the job by others, CTC came in with a very workable price. The contractor for CTC, Dustin, was very helpful and patience throughout the whole process. From helping me pick out materials and colors, walking me through the day to day schedule of work to be done, and making sure the work area was clean everyday before he left, was very appreciated. The project came out so good, that my neighbors hired them for a kitchen project. I will hired this company again for my next home improvement.”

“PerfectView renovated my entire first floor - completely renovated a powder room (new floor, replaced toilet, sink, faucet and lighting, painted), and because I was so happy with their work, I used them again to renovate the kitchen (cabinets, counter, backsplash, shelves, undercabinet lighting, light fixture), replaced carpeting throughout 1st floor and stairs with hardwood flooring, updated electrical switches and plugs, installed new light fixtures, refaced a fireplace and painted the entire first floor and hall. Both projects were great experiences. Lou Cook worked me on design and made helpful suggestions. He recommended good suppliers who were very helpful as I made my selections for both projects; scheduling went well and they stayed with the project once it got started and finished it timely. That's particularly important to me since I've had experiences where contractors come and go and extend the length of time disrupting everything and not delivering on a timely basis. The powder room is also a laundry room and they moved my washer and dryer out of the room and then moved them back and reconnected them so that I didn't have to get someone else to do that. The room was clean and beautiful and any mess or disruption that extended outside the room during the renovation process was cleaned up. Some unexpected issues popped up - reconnecting a fan and having to add a damper to the heat source - and these were easily incorporated and handled. My garage was used as a staging area and even that had been properly cleaned up when the project was completed. For the larger renovation, work was timely, well done, even though I made several changes/additions during the process. They encountered a number of unexpected problems as they took up the carpeting ( no wood on stair landing, having to replace all the risers for the stairs), layers of old flooring in the kitchen and hall that changed the height of the floors, and they were dealt with in a way to correct the deficiencies and to try to minimize the additional cost without sacrificing the quality of the job. The only thing that went wrong was that they used a different brand of paint than what I wanted, although it was the same color and there was a recall on my undercabinet lightening that took some time to fix after the job was done. As with any job of this size, there were some small things that needed to be addressed at the end of the job - these were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a good firm- their staff is professional, they help with design and suggestions, and stay with you until you are happy. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive and they don't waste your money.”
