Need help for sick mini

Hi, my hanging mini roses are not budding at all, and the leaves are a yellow-orange color. I water it regularly and it has been fertilized. Any suggestions? Why do they look so beautifully green in the stores???

Are you able to post a photo of your roses? The problem could be due to a number of things. The first thing that comes to my mind is spider mites. My rose leaves tend to turn an orangy colour when the spider mites attack. Some even turn a bronze colour depending on the rose type I guess.

Over watering can cause yellowing, over fertilizing, black spot the same. Leaf hoppers cause a whitish yellowish mottling. A photo may help.

How much sun are they getting? Is there enough drainage? How large is the pot? Have you checked to see if the plant is root bound in the pot?
