Hard to see the stripes in the photo, but it looks like Red Intuition. Carlton Roses may still carry it, call them at (831) 728-8495 to see if they have any in stock. It would probably be grafted on Manetti.

Thanks Diane! Thats the name I couldnt remember. Sorry about the picture size. I tried to make it bigger after I saw how small it was but I couldnt figure how to edit my post. I will check with Carlton Roses about them. Thanks again it was driving me crazy because I used to know the name.

Carlton's Rose is not selling them. In fact when I called they said they were going out of business. I have checked with many online growers and no one can seem to tell me where they can get a plant from. They keep telling me that it is a South America exclusive and no one can get them.

Please help an amature to get the one rose he is truly lusting after. Anyone with a lead or a cutting they would be willing to part with please let me know.

I believe I may be able to help you with regard to locating a plant of Red Intuition.

Chris Greenwood from the Pacific Rose Society ran onto a real special find and will be offering this rose at a special auction at Pacific Rose Society's September meeting.

Carlton Roses was the only source for Red Intuition and the plants were only tiny starters. These plants are in 5-gallon containers and nice beefy plants.

Pacific Rose Society will have a very limited number of these plants available the bidding is expected to be brisk.

Pacific Rose Society meets at the Los Angeles Arboretum, 301 N. Baldwin Ave., Arcadia, CA.

Diane, I would love to know if they are. I always wanted Red Intuition and never got it. My regret. All the roses I got from them have done as well as any bands I ever got, which have done very well.

Red Intuition is a Delbard rose. Hmmm. Ashdown, Roses Unlimited, anyone want to find out if it is available or could be obtained by one of these great rose suppliers.

And I see from some other posts that Carlton's is out of business. Shame. I really need a new source for florist varieties. Maybe someone will pick up the mantle.

Patricia, K&M might have it on Fort, I know Mr. Mills has some florist varieties, but I haven't seen his availability list this year.
