Well, If you don't have any photos, why not describe the rose's features? What's it stems' color, foliage color, scent, etc.? Any thorns/prickles? Also, are those hips at the back also from this rose?

I think those details can help a lot in identifying this.

Just guessing, but it looks a lot like Ralph Moore's rose 'Dian'. It's a hard rose to photograph. None of my photos ever came out looking like the rose.

However, that bloom form is common to many of his roses.
