I used to grow it 30 years ago. As I remember, the blooms were a nice deep lavender, modest size but not a micro-mini (at least not by the standards of that time), no real fragrance, and reasonably disease resistant (but I spray). Nothing earth-shaking in either the positive or negative direction, just a nice little garden mini.

I still grow it and find it to be one of the best lavender minis I have. Its a short, compact grower, and on the pink side of lavender, but has lovely blooms and flowers generously. I can't comment on disease issues, because all of my minis get sprayed, since it represents an important archive of the Ralph Moore collection and has to be kept in perfect health. 'Lavender Lace' also has a very pleasant (but not intense) fragrance to my nose. The plant tends to grow about 15" wide and a foot tall in my collection. Well worth having, but as Phil said, its not a Micro.
