What about fragrance? Does it get any diseases? I know it's because the blooms aren't open in the first pictures, but the color and form look entirely different in that last photo you posted,so a little more detailed description of the color would help. It's a pretty rose.

I would say has no fragrance.is very very faint and can't smell it everytime.
No diseases.the foliage stays green like that all the time.no spots.no yellowing.

Last photo.The large flower is aloha then is a stem with buds& blooms of unknown below the aloha flower.they do fade a lil to lighter shade of pink(like 4th photo) The 1st two are took in later afternoon& the 3rd at night. a few of the flowers have been white or will have a white area on a pink flower.

It looks like some of the older canes are getting thick with tons of canes comeing off those with still smaller ones& the older canes are looking like the leader cane that started all this on fence.All I know is with it being a once bloomer you trim when its done blooming....and right now...when its done blooming....I don't even know where to begin or what to cut.It looks like the canes that got new growth last year have more buds/flowers than the ones on older growth do from the year before.I've just let it grow on this fence for 3 years.I've not done any cutting.
I'd LOVE to know what it is.But I need to know MORE how to trim it up....adding more fence is NOT an option ( maybe when I'm an old woman...living alone in my garden world....lol)

Thanks.yes it is pretty,but looks better in person than in the pictures,but it does bloom almost 2 months.I miss it when its done blooming.

could it be 'Lady Godiva'?
I can't find enough photo's.only have seen 3.And it fits description.
