Would it be JACzap? That's the patent name of "Outrageous". It's an orange floribunda. Here it is at HMF. Hope that helps!

I went out and looked at the tag again -- the impression is very faint (so faint that the name doesn't show at all), but it could be JACzap. He -thinks- he got Outrageous (it was one of the roses on my want list for this year) - we'll know when it blooms!
