Rose bush on my street!!!

Ok so I've been stalking this one house this whole week!!! Why? Because she has this rose bush that is just amazing! It literally glows!!!!!!!! The pic does it no justice. Now if someone can tell me what it is I'd love to know. It's like multi colored and if I'm not mistaken there's a couple of solid red roses. It blooms it's little tail off all season until fall. How exciting!!!
