Hello! I'm in Tulsa, 21 days of rain and blackspot starting to rear it's ugly head...How has it been in OKC?

I love the #1 rose but can't recommend it to anyone since I'm not sure what it is. Love the 2nd one in Spring and Fall but it tests my patience in the Summer by hardly blooming at all.

It's been a WET WET WET May, but this week is supposed to be lovely weather... and so far, so good. I hope it stays night. I think we have a slight chance of rain on Memorial Day, but that's to be expected. lol

I'm in Pauls Valley, OK and I feel your pain. I just planted a large rose garden this spring and it has been under water at least 3 times so far. Luckily the plants made it through and are healthy. I've never seen so much rain. Shockingly, no blackspot yet.
Jimmiesgran, The first rose certainly has the shape of AC, but you're right the color is off. Of course weather can do weird things to rose form and color. I've seen pictures of them all pink. That second rose definately and Old Garden Rose, and looks similar to a Reine Victoria. However it doesn't look too far off from a Baron Girod d'Lain. Again, our weather could be having an effect on form and color.

These last 2 Springs my garden has been flooded so often, I've lost count. The roses aren't in the low spots thankfully but blackspot is off and running in my garden. I am jealous that it hasn't hit you yet.
