Thanks, I'm not familiar with Yolande d'Aragon, but it defintely could be it. The second pic that isn't showing is of the buds before they bloom. They are perfectly globular with the sepals go quite a bit out from the bud. I also was thinking maybe Gros Choux d'Hollande?
