A pink, loosely double, fragrant OGR? Could be one of dozens of candidates. It is, however, from the Gallicanae group of roses. Sorry, but I can't be more specific than that; there are too many possibilities.

Is it nearly thornless, except on some of the larger canes? There is a big arching pink commonly found in the PNW that it somewhat resembles. It has been tentatively ID'd as 'Charles Lawson', a bourbon.

I don't recall it being this loosely double when it first started flowering, but it does mature to what you see in the photo. I'll double check to see if it's nearly thornless and research the bourbon you mentioned.
