Not an expert, but it looks like a double knockout to me.

It also could be Firefighter, but it's hard to say. Pretty, whatever it is.

Usually the grocery store roses are minis but this clearly isn't a mini. Looks like a hybrid tea by the single blooms. If they got it at Krogers it's probably an older, out of patent rose so look at roses that were introduced more than 20 years ago.
